Care to Move International is a group of medical specialists with a particular interest in the locomotor system.

It aims at the continuation of state of the art locomotor medicine (orthopaedic surgery, physical and rehabilitation medicine) on an international level as well as consultancy projects and research and development.

The group consists of experienced medical doctors who perform their medical services up until now mainly in Belgium although for many years their practice attracts an international public.

There is a keen participation in scientific activity and there is a myriad of memberships of distinguished international faculties.

Almost all members are orthopaedic surgeons and are working in affiliated  general  (° General Hospital AZ Nikolaas , °°° ZNA Hospital Group Antwerp, Belgium) and academic hospitals (°°University Hospital Gent, Belgium)

Prof dr med Guy Vanderstraeten°°* is a specialist in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.

Apart from the medical activity there is a long tradition of scientific activity as well as training and formation of medical students and fellows in all of the above mentioned institutions.

On an international level there are longstanding contracts with insurance companies and there is a tradition of international lectures and training sessions.

More specific  know how  is present and of top level  for a  center of excellence  in orthopaedic surgery and physical medicine and rehabilitation.
